Let’s connect & support others coping with everyday stress, anxiety and depression. Our mission is to build up your confidence & self-esteem. Explore your mind, body and soul by engaging in our workshops that strengthen your immune system and enhances your intuition and spiritual development. Whether you are suffering from a loss, coping with depression, or healing from trauma this group will be extremely beneficial to you.
The world we see is a representation of the thoughts and beliefs we hold. Our perception is based on our life experiences. Its never too late to live a stress-free life and enjoy the things you love most. Let’s interact and support each other through tough times. No one should battle it alone!
Attendance is free. We recommend giving a donation of $3-5 per activity class attending in exchange for providing overhead, rent and supplies expense.
